Blogabond is a traveler’s community. You can create a mini profile, which will have a URl such as: http://www.blogabond.com/username The features of the site are:
- Maps: They have a Google map in there, which you can use to see globe and also read reviews about that particular place. As you pan and zoom the map,you’ll see some of the places that people have been writing about. The further in you zoom, the smaller the place you can see. They have got six million populated places in their database, so you should be able to at least find your hometown in there.
- People: This section shows “Last 50 People to Login” and “100 Most Active” people in Blogabond.
- Photos: Here, you can see the photos according to the votes.
- Talk: This section actually acts like a forum where you can post your messages.
- My Stuff: This place acts as your dashboard where you can do the following things:
- My Profile: Edit or view your profile.
- My Photos: upload photos, tag, title and categorize photos, and view your photos.
- My Blogs: Here you can write a blog entry or start a new travel blog.
- Export: This is a unique feature where you can export the file containing all your blogs and photos.
