Goabroad is a nice traveler’s community where you can create a profile and write travel journals. The features of the site are:

1. My passport: This section acts as a dashboard where you can mange all the things related to your account. You can manage the following from here:
   • My friends: You can add your friends over here.
   • Groups/Clubs: This lets you form online social circles with other Travelers who share the same interests as you have. Anyone can create a Club and it may be for just about any interest under the sun; you may join any number of Clubs. A Group, on the other hand, may only be created by a GoAbroad.com client or Advisor, and may be used for communication between participants of a program. For non-participants who are interested in a program and would like to join Advisor Groups to find out more, you may put in a request to join; however, depending on the settings of the Advisor, membership to some groups may be by invitation.
   • Messages: This is your Inbox.
   • Bulletins: You can post bulletins if you have friends and if you are a member of any group.
   • Address Book: The Address Book is integral to keeping in touch with your friends and family using GoAbroad.net. By adding your contacts to the Address Book the network system can automatically notify all your contacts of a new journal entry or new photos.
2. Journals: You can write journal entries throughout your travel and organize these entries into individual journals. A travel journal is a set of journal entries about the same trip.
