Well, I love the sites, which allow me to add the Feed URL of my blog to the profile. As the free profile acts as a mini blog for the user so that anyone who comes to the profile can check the latest posts and if interested can subscribe, meaning increasing the traffic for your blog. Hyves has such a feature. It’s a social networking site where you can have friends and a profile. The added advantage is that you can write your own blog over there. There is a section in the profile “Tips” which is quite useful as you can enter the tips for books, games, movie, music, etc. and also for the websites. The next important section is Polls. Well, I think it’s the most important if you want that people should be hooked to your profile. But Polls are tricky, people feel good to cast their votes only if the polls are a bit interesting. Next section says widgets, here you can add your You tube video codes to be reflected in your profile. There are other sections, which are common to a social network.
