Hmmm… everything was working great in your WordPress installation, but one fine day you see that all your posts and pages got deleted. You might think that your blog is hacked or something. You will have a second thought that if someone got your password and deleted all the posts and pages. You might check your wordpress backup too (if you have one). But, all these things are of no use as there is no problem. It is just that your mysql tables are damaged and it needs repair. You should contact your web hosting providers and mention that the tables are damaged. They will repair from their end and all your posts/pages/comments and everything will come back to as it was before.
