How to avoid your emails going to your customer’s spam or junk mail folder?
There are many factors which can cause your message to got in someone’s junk mail folder. Some of these are:
- Your IP address and servers are blacklisted
- You are sending some bulky attachments.
But here, we assume that you do play good and still your email lands in the your cutomers’ junk mail folder. Here are some points which will avoid that:
- No attachments: Make sure that there are no attachments in your business mail. As attachments are problematic in the first place. The email filters scans them for viruses and other stuffs and may block if you inadvertently had one in your emails.
- Subject line of email: You should not use spammy subject lines in your outgoing messages.
- Body: The body of the message should be properly formatted. Even if the emails passes the sapm filters the person who will receive it will mark as junk.
- Links: Make sure the links you have entered are all clickable.
