Infolinks is the best paying in-text advertising solution at the moment. In-Text advertising is a method of online advertising that inserts text link advertisements within the content of a website, usually as a double-underline hyperlink that opens a floating informational bubble upon a hover of the mouse. If clicked, the visitor is directed to the advertiser’s landing page; otherwise, when the mouse is moved away from the hyperlink, the bubble disappears. The payment options are Paypal or bank wire transfer.
Here are the features:
- It is one of the best paying in text advertising solutions.
- The page load is faster as compared to other in text advertising solutions.
- You can display a maximum of 12 links in a page.
- You have the option to change the color of the links.
- You can set the highlighted links on your pages to have a single or double underline. It is better to us ethe single line as it looks like a hyperlink.

The Problem with Infolinks is How long does it take to Reach Payout. If you Don’t get 1000 unique Visitors a day you will be waiting a long time, saying that Kontera seems to be much worse
Hi Chris, they pay only when the minimum amount reached is $100 and if the site is new and has less visitors it may take a long time to get paid. Having that said, still it is one of the best paying networks in in-text advertising. Others, as you mentioned will pay you just few cents in a year or so.
Hello.
What sort of CPM do you get from infolinks?
Thanks!
@ Magnus: Well, the eCPM depends on the niche of your website. My 3 months average eCPM is $0.47.
I’m also using infolinks and am pretty satisfied with it. My average eCPM crosses $3.5. It keeps on growing with time.. Other good option in my opinion is echo topic but I’m not sure whether they accept everyone or only big timers..
Since the Topic has been Brought up Again I see you are using snap link ads are these a Good way for Earning Money with your Blog? since I have not used them
@ chris: Yes, they are a good source of income. Not only for blogs, I have seen some of the popular forums using them. Tell you what, wherever there is a lengthy text involved, it is always good to go for in-text advertising.
Have you tried any ab testing or any optimization of your landing page?
@ Rex: I have done A/B split testing of Infolinks with other In text advertising networks by making number of days as constant. I found Infolinks as the best payer.
@admin – I have always wondered about those in text ad services. They never worked for my personal blog, I tried InfoLinks and Kontera. Took them both off. The one that seems to work best is TextLinkAds – pays every month.
@ Rex:Well, In-text advertising can’t be compared with TLA. Infact, TLA and other services which sell text links are one of the best ways of making money from your blog. Tell you what, even TLA is one of my favorite ad networks. They have never delayed their payment. Having that said, there are some of the sites penalized by Google for selling text links. Their page ranks have been dropped. Also, some of them have been completely removed from the SERPs.
