How to store my files online for free?

4shared.com offers one of the most popular online file storage services. It was founded in 2005. According to Alexa.com, 4shared.com ranks 89 in the world and attracts 2.6 million unique users daily. Their low cost service makes it easier than ever to back up and share files, music, videos, and photos online. User’s virtual drive (personal account) is with very intuitive interface. Menus and toolbars are designed in Windows-like style. Besides variety of features available there are also means to make online slide shows and playlists, embed photos, music and video. The files you upload are hosted on their high-speed servers. Your individual virtual drive is set up for you when you register. As soon as you become a registered user you can create your own folders and upload files. You may upload as many files as you like, but they should fit your virtual drive space. The space limit is 5 GB per account. Currently 4shared sets a 100 MB size limitation per file. Your files must not exceed the limit as, otherwise, they will be rejected. If the size of the file is more than 100 MB, you can split the file into smaller parts and upload them separately using the multi-upload feature. There are no restrictions on the amount of data that can be transferred. You can upload and download files that do not exceed the size of your account space.
